I grew up with 2 huge Midwest farm families and when we gathered, 4 generations of women filled the kitchen to prepare every dish. In my family food equals love and I want to pass that love to all my clients.
With over 28 years experience in baking (and eating), my recipes have been finely honed to be the very best and use the best ingredients. I have toured Europe and taken courses in France and Germany on pastry techniques and baking. I love making complex dishes almost as much as I enjoy the simplicy of a moist chocolate layer cake.
